1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to SiteForge, a Trexiva product, including the website builder, AI generation features, hosting, publishing, domain tooling, exports and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, authorized use by workspace members and activity performed through your account. You must have authority to act for any organization you add to SiteForge.
3. Plans, billing and changes
Paid features may be provided through recurring subscription plans, trials, promotional access or manually approved entitlements. Prices, limits and included usage are shown at purchase or approval. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.
4. AI generation
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated websites, claims, code, imagery and content before publication. SiteForge does not guarantee exclusivity of generated output.
5. Your content and rights
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant SiteForge the limited rights necessary to process, store, transform, display, transmit and host that content to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and publish it.
6. Hosting, domains and third parties
SiteForge may rely on infrastructure, payment, AI, DNS, analytics, communications and security providers. Domain configuration and external DNS remain subject to third-party systems outside our direct control. We may change providers where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens security, service integrity, third-party rights or other users.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate SiteForge reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve, be replaced or be discontinued. Material changes affecting paid use will be handled reasonably and subject to applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
SiteForge, its product design, software, trademarks, templates, documentation and platform systems are owned by Trexiva or its licensors except for customer content and third-party materials. No rights are granted except those needed to use the service under these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using SiteForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or misuse. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected. Liability limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Governing framework and disputes
The contracting entity, governing law, venue and any mandatory local rights may depend on your location and the Trexiva entity providing the service. Enterprise or separately signed agreements may override these Terms where they expressly say so.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed through the contact channel published on Trexiva or SiteForge. These baseline terms are intended for broad international SaaS use and should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before a full commercial launch.
